Customer Review: I didn't quite think this through

I thought these measuring cups would be terrific -- give a little squeeze to the sides and it makes an easy pour spout. What I'm finding is that when I pick the measuring cup up, the sides squeeze (DUH) but the stuff spills, oozes or falls out of the cup before it can become a convenient spout. I think the product works well for use as a holder for amounts of ingredients but not as true measuring cups.

1/4, 1/3, 1/2 & 1 cup capacities, made of silicone, which is heat resistant up to 600?F. Flexible square design makes it easy to remove even the most difficult ingredients, such as shortening.
