I strongly disagree with the negative reviews on this wonderful product...I have owned it for several years now, as I grow many herbs in my garden and need to preserve them for cooking and drying...This product extends the life and freshness of those herbs by a great deal of time...It is very easy to remove the water portion of the container too refill or clean...It looks nice in the refrigerator as an added bonus..This product saves me a great deal of money on the herbs I purchase as well, as they stay fresh for weeks with no mushiness or rotting of the herbs...it is well worth the small investment of money as It practically pays for itself in no time..If you cook with fresh herbs, you must own this product!!!!
