Customer Review: Nice but has some issues

The plastic cups as well as the stainless steel cover are of good quality, however the fact that they are not individualized results in your needing to pry off the entire cover which is not always easy because the size of the wooden sticks can vary. Also, holding the stainless cover once it's been in the freezer is like sticking your tongue on a pole outside in the wintertime. Ouch!
