I bought one of these while on vacation on the east coast this past summer. I liked it so much I couldn't resist buying another. I keep one in my camper and one in the house. It is easy to use and clean, light weight and is easy to store. I have another one that is full scale and it is a pain to take apart and clean as well as try to figure out what edge to use. This is just so easy and conveniently handy to have around.Customer Review: Works well

This slicer is incredible! It comes with three blades can can be flipped...offering 6 different cutting options.
I recently bought a dehydrator and wanted to make sweet potatoes. Cutting them thin would've been a nightmare! With this slicer each potato took about 15 seconds...and each slice came out perfect.
I agree with the other reviewers regarding the holder...it's a bit challenging to use. I ended up holding the potatoes with my hand until they got small enough to make me nervous...then I used the holder.
I love the fact they included a storage case so that all the parts can stay together. It's very annoying when you misplace an appliance's component.
If you're looking for an exceptional slicer that's well priced, don't hesitate to buy this one. You will be very happy with it. Just watch your fingers since the blade is very sharp indeed.
