These worked great for my intended project. As these earlier reviews state, a template keeps the bit from sliding around until it starts its hole. I used a plywood template and drilled a hole the same size with a standard hole saw and had no problems. Once the hole was started, I cut the top off a plastic cup, taped it to the surface to act as a water well and cut right through. For lubricant I used a mixture of water and WD40 and cut perfect holes in about a minute. Great bits for the price!Customer Review: Great Kitchen Gadget

I like making turnovers but always had trouble getting the filling in the dough without seeing it leak out because the surface I was using was too flat. These dough presses work great, the only trick to using them is to keep them dusted with flour so the dough doesn't stick to them. Otherwise they are handy and quick to use to make all my favorite fruit turnovers.
