The several differant sizes are great. With the largest you can make from personal pocket meat pies for lunches, medium you can make 3-bite fruit pies for snacks & the smallest is great for homemade pierogues.
The items themselves are well constructed (don't overfill them or you will rip the dough)& are very easy to wash.
Very pleased with the product & it saved my backside this past holiday season!

With this Progressive dough press, simply pace dough in the press, add ingredients and press down, creating quick and easy shapes for tarts, snacks and more. This set includes 4 different sizes for a variety of choices. Dishwasher safe.These simple devices (why didn't I think of that!) create pretty, as-easy-as-pie pastries. On one side of a press is a beveled edge for cutting rounds from rolled-out dough. Turn the press over, place the dough round on the sealing "teeth," and pat it into the concave form. Spoon filling into the center, moisten the edges of the round for a proper seal, fold the press, and--bingo!--out comes a uniformly crimped pastry ready for steaming, frying, or baking.
