I can't imagine a garbage disposal without one of these Super Stuffers! They should be included as standard equipment. It's very user friendly - just grab the chunky top and stuff away. Then leave it in place to let water and small food items pass by and down into the disposal. After about 10 years, I'm ready for a replacement. I've kept mine clean by occasionally running it through the dishwasher (top rack only) or using a non-abrasive cleanser. They are difficult to find in stores. I guess because occasioanlly some develop a small, undetectable leak and eventually some water does get inside. When you find a good one though, it'll last a long, long time!
